Conduct the GEMS “Dynamic” Benchmark Diagnostic Survey |
|
A Benchmark Survey (A1) is a baseline of where a school / class stands in relation to class
wise goals. It may be conducted at any point in time. Every student and class receive
formative reports, Smart Study Plans and Go-GREEN Strategies. Both students and
teachers engage in a process of perfection for about 8 weeks following which a Progress
Appraisal Survey (A2) is conducted. This Survey documents topic wise progress made by
each child and the class and highlights any remaining weaknesses. Thus the process
continues towards perfection with each new cycle of baseline and progress surveys. In the
iNSPIRE Whole Year Model, these surveys are mainstreamed as part of a school’s own
assessments. |
|
|
|
Benchmark Surveys are multiple choice questions divided into units.
One short unit is graded by the teacher. |
