Progress Appraisal Survey |
|
In the INTERVENTION and INTEGRAL models, a Progress Appraisal Survey may be given anytime the teacher feels children have progressed against goals in the Benchmark Survey, which is usually around 8 weeks into a process of perfection. In the iNSPIRE Whole Year Model, the Appraisal Surveys are given at the end of each term. Thus, the process continues to propel a child forward towards perfection. |

Students work best to stated goals. With the GEMS Dynamic Formative Reports and Smart Study Plans, the children can visualise their own path to development. They are eager to show they can do it. There is a huge amount of intrinsic motivation that gets built in which in turn leads to tremendous boost in marks and confidence. Everyone gains. A teacher feels extremely empowered by such a process and the parents are delighted to see the progress of their children. The students feel highly endorsed. |
