GCPL Provides a complete list of items needed to create hands-on buckets that go with the MAXIM Classbooks. Most of these items can be locally procured. Should a school wish that GCPL provide the materials as well, such arrangements can be made.

Once given the opportunity, the materials and some training, the teachers get very inventive. They go beyond the exercises suggested. Even the most hardy of traditional teachers enjoy teaching with these methods and begin to feel its benefits. Hands-on creates excitement for the teacher and the taught!

Interactive teaching methods in the nurture programme make learning real. Combined with hands-on buckets, they make it easy for a teacher to start teaching the hands-on way. The steps are clearly laid out on each teacher page and detailed training is further provided.
